Business Development Executive

Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential business opportunities through market analysis, industry research, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Generate leads and prospects through cold calling, email outreach, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategic sales plans and campaigns.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, articulating the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the client.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  •  years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a drive for results and a passion for business development.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
